At Dpassion, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with easy returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • The product must be purchased directly from our official website.
  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or alteration may not qualify for return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or negligence.
  • Items returned without original tags or packaging.
  • Requests made after the 7-day return period.
  • Free gifts or promotional items.
  • Innerwear or hygiene-related products (if applicable).

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete order, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery.

For faster resolution, please share:

  • Parcel/package images
  • Product images
  • Unboxing video (recommended for verification)

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our support team via email or phone.
  2. Share your Order ID and reason for return/exchange.
  3. Our team will review and approve the request.
  4. Pickup will be arranged by our logistics partner, where service is available.

Please ensure the product is securely packed for pickup.

Exchange Process

Once the returned product passes quality inspection:

  • A replacement product will be dispatched.
  • Exchanges are usually processed within 2–5 business days after pickup.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and approved after inspection:

  • Refunds will be initiated to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be canceled before shipment.
  • Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
  • If eligible, prepaid canceled orders will be refunded to the original payment method.

Return Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing product, Dpassion will bear the return shipping cost.
  • For size exchange or customer preference-based returns, shipping or reverse pickup charges may apply.
